Baby & Me; 4-week Yoga series

“Baby & Me” is a 4-week series led by Aurore Stanek, who designed and created these programs as “A Tree Told Me“. The series begins January 7th, and occurs each Wednesday until January 28th, 2026.

Each of these series are parent-centric spaces and children are welcome. These series are NOT Baby workshops. Your child will benefit on many levels from attending but the series is designed for you. Feel free to come with or without your little one!

The primary focus of this series is for the parent to listen to their sensations and emotions. Breath work, chest and shoulder-opening poses, pelvic connection, core strengthening, and balance practices are all parts of both these series. Bringing awareness to different aspects of the Matrescence/Patrescence, these postnatal classes are also the opportunity to reflect on the process of becoming a parent and the expectations that we might have for this transition.
