A 4 week Yoga Therapy workshop series for Osteopenia & Osteoporosis

Thursdays April 23rd & 30th, May 7th & 21st: 12-2pm

In this workshop, you’ll learn:

Bone-strengthening yoga postures
Breathing techniques to support energy & vitality
Simple strategies for balance & fall prevention
Simple strategies for stress reduction
Mindful practices to carry into daily routines
This workshop is for anyone living with osteoporosis, osteopenia, or those looking to protect their bone health. Beginner-friendly and supportive for all levels.
