Ecstatic Dance is not about how well you can dance but how deeply you can surrender to the present moment and how willingly you can release limiting beliefs and restricting forms of bodily expression. An immensely healing, intimate, playful, and fun form of physical, mental, and spiritual liberation. Join me in a non-judgmental, non-competitive, mutually consensual environment to experience free flow in body, mind and soul. All are welcome.
