Facing Your Own Mortality

Held with care every step of the way, this afternoon offers a safe space to gently confront our mortality through an indoor visualization of letting go. There’s room for whatever comes up, tears, quiet, even a little humor. We’ll then take those reflections onto the trails for a quiet nature walk, closing together with room to share and land softly.
