Join us in the early morning warmth of the sauna to speak our beauty and power into existence. Together, we will offer blessings for the group -honoring the ancient truth that mindful intention for others multiplies the goodness in our own lives a thousandfold. In the sacred heat, guided by Shamanic Practitioner Johannah Hunter, we will use the “language of the universe” through singing, drumming and our collective prayers, to commune with the life force of all things and expand our capacity to hold more life. As the sauna purifies us physically, it also clears our energetic space, making room for the very blessings we are calling in.

The moments immediately following sleep are our most potent; they are the threshold where we set the frequency for our entire day. When we gather as a collective, we amplify these intentions, turning individual ripples into powerful waves.
