This class is for people who are curious to learn about their bodies while being lead through movement.
Class 1: Joints; learn how your joints move, why it’s important to move them and how to work on increasing your range of motion
Class 2: Hips; learn about how your hips move and detailed information on hip movement in yoga postures
Class 3: Shoulders. Learn about how your shoulders move and detailed information on shoulder movement in yoga
Class 4: Core; learn about how your core supports your body and detailed information on core movements in yoga
