One Sunday each month: 4-5:15 PM
Nourishing restorative yoga with head, neck, arms, hands and feet massage followed by a sound healing with drums, chimes, crystal singing bowls, and reiki. A powerful combination to relax your body, quiet your mind, and bring your nervous system into balance. This is open to everyone of all levels.
