The Columbia County Chamber of Commerce and Columbia-Greene Media presented the 2022 Best of Columbia County Awards Thursday, June 2nd at PS21 – Performance Spaces for the 21st Century. Live music was performed and a fine array of food was prepared by Georgia Ray’s. The three finalists from each category were recognized and the “Best of” winners announced.

Best of Columbia County reader’s choice contest Is going on now!

Best of Columbia County, Chatham Area News

The 2022 Best of Columbia County™ is a Reader’s Choice Contest that allows county residents to make their voices heard in deciding the “best of the best” in a broad field of over 50 categories.

There Are Two Rounds

One ballot per person per round. This means that you will vote two times – once in Round One and once in Round two

Round One: Nominations

The nomination period started on March 1 and continues through March 31. The top three of each category move on to Round Two.

Round Two: Voting on the Nominations

Round Two begins April 11 and continues through April 29 and will consist of the top three in each category from Round One.

Winners will be announced during an red carpet-style show, to be held June 2, 2022, and presented by the Columbia County Chamber of Commerce and Columbia-Greene Media. Winners will also appear in the Best of Columbia County™ publication.

The third annual Best of Columbia County awards ceremony was held Thursday, June 23. More than 20 of the 90 categories were awarded to businesses, organizations and individuals from right here in Chatham, NY. Thank you to everyone who took the time to cast a ballot.
