Open to 5 women, facilitated by Cait.
Gather with other women for a loosely guided group session in the sauna meant to support open hearted sharing and communing together in sweat.
Be prepared to be vulnerable with others. All levels of sharing encouraged, including silence.
Clothing is optional.
A small ceremony will be conducted to enter the sauna, creating a container for safe sharing in sacred space.
As it is only open to 5 people consider coming alone rather than bringing a friend, and meeting new friends through this experience.
