As we dig deeper, we begin to look at balance poses, as well as how to develop the leg and arm strength required to move into warrior poses, chair pose, and crow pose. Addressing some of the more common missteps when it comes to balance poses, we’ll look at tree pose, half-moon pose, as well as extended head to foot pose. Thus, in this workshop we’ll review:
virabhadrasana sequences (warrior)
utkatasana (chair pose)
bakasana and kakasana (crane and crow pose)
ardha chandrasa (half-moon pose)
utthita hasta padangusthasana (extended hand to toe pose)
