Memorial Day Parade 2012

The parade kicked off from the Chatham Firehouse at 11:00 am., turned onto Woodbridge Avenue, proceeded down Kinderhook Street to Main Street and Hudson Avenue, finishing with a ceremony at the cemetery.

First Fridays 2012

Another Chatham Area Business Alliance event: Shops and restaurants stay open late the first Friday of every month.

SummerFest 2012

SummerFest is an annual celebration of the entire Chatham area. Community members and visitors get great bargains, learn about area not-for-profit organizations, and enjoy live music and a parade.

Columbia County Fair 2012

The Fair this year was held August 29-September 3 and featured midway rides, agricultural exhibits, livestock competitions, craft demonstrations, entertainment and more. According to Fair Manager Angelo Nero, good weather and high attendance made this one of the best fairs in years.

Firefighters’ Parade 2012

The parade kicked off at 11:00 am and was lead by newly crowned Schoolgirl Queen Elizabeth Meyers, a senior at Taconic Hills High School. Sponsored by A. Colarusso & Son, the parade featured more than three dozen fire companies, auxiliaries and marching bands.

Halloween Trick-or-Treating 2012

On Saturday, October 27 the Chatham Area Business Alliance sponsored an all-day Halloween event for kids of all ages. The day featured trick-or-treating throughout the business community, as well as many other events and activities.

WinterFest 2012

On Sunday, December 9 the Chatham Area Business Alliance sponsored an all-day holiday event for kids of all ages.
